This is an Agreement between you and all persons you represent (and for purposes of this Agreement, "person" includes natural persons and any type of incorporated or unincorporated entity). ("Monty's Natural Treats & Monty's Wholesale") regarding your access to and use of this website and all content, information, products and services available on or through the website (collectively, the "Website"). This Agreement also provides benefits to this Monty's Natural Treats & Monty's Wholesale affiliates, service providers, suppliers and other persons. Each time you use the Website you signify your acceptance and agreement and the acceptance and agreement of any person you purport to represent, to be bound by this Agreement as it then reads and you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to agree to and accept this Agreement on behalf of yourself and any person you purport to represent. If you do not agree with each provision of this Agreement, or you are not authorized to agree to and accept this Agreement on behalf of the person you purport to represent, you may not access or use the Website. The Website is for convenience and informational purposes only and is not intended to convey advice or recommendations, or an offer to sell any product or service.This Agreement is in addition to any other agreement you may have with Monty's Natural Treats & Monty's Wholesale, including a transaction agreement.

The Website and its content may not be copied, imitated, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, modified, indexed, cataloged, mirrored or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of Monty's Natural Treats & Monty's Wholesale. However, misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for products) or other errors may sometimes occur. Monty's Natural Treats & Monty's Wholesale cannot guarantee that products and services advertised on the Website will be available when ordered or thereafter. The Shop Owner does not warrant that the content of the Website including, without limitation, product descriptions or photographs, is accurate or complete. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND EXCLUSION BY STATUTE IN CERTAIN JURIS DICTIONS 

THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES AND THE LIMITATION OF CERTAIN LIABILITIES IS PROHIBITED IN SOME JURISDICTIONS. THESE STATUTORY PROHIBITIONS MAY APPLY TO YOU.

13. TERMINATION 

Not with standing any other provision of this Agreement, Monty's Natural Treats / Monty's Wholesale may in its discretion change, discontinue, modify, restrict, suspend or terminate the Website or any part of it without any notice or liability to you or any other person. Monty's Natural Treats / Monty's Wholesale may in its discretion and for its convenience at any time immediately terminate, temporarily or permanently, this Agreement or your permission to access and use the Website without any notice or liability to you or any other person. If this Agreement or your permission to access or use all or any part of the Website is terminated for any reason, then this Agreement and all other then existing agreements between you and Monty's Natural Treats / Monty's Wholesale will continue to apply and be binding upon you regarding your prior access to and use of the Website, and anything connected with, relating to or arising there from.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

This Agreement, your access to and use of the Website, and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute between you and Monty's Natural Treats / Monty's Wholesale or any other person arising from, connected with or relating to the Website, this Agreement, or any related matters (collectively "Disputes") will be resolved before the British Court, and you hereby irrevocably submit and at-torn to the original and exclusive jurisdiction of this court in respect of all Disputes.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the provision will be deemed to be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect . This Agreement ensures to the benefit of and is binding upon each of Monty's Natural Treats / Monty's Wholesale and its successors, assigns and related persons, and you and your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, permitted assigns and personal representatives. You may not assign this Agreement or the rights and obligations under this Agreement. Monty's Natural Treats & Monty's Wholesale may assign this Agreement and its rights and obligations under this Agreement without your consent. No consent or waiver by any party to or of any breach or default by any other party in its performance of its obligations under this Agreement will be: (a) deemed or construed to be a consent to or waiver of a continuing breach or default or any other breach or default of those or any other obligations of that party; or (b) effective unless in writing and signed by all parties. The parties have expressly requested and required that this Agreement and all other related documents be drawn up in the English language. Any rights not expressly granted by this Agreement are reserved to Monty's Natural Treats & Monty's Wholesale Company Director. You may contact Monty's Natural Treats & Monty's Wholesale Company Director by telephone, email, or postal mail via the contact page of this Website. 

Delivery: (UK Mainland Only)

We offer next day delivery on all our trade orders, plus free shipping on all orders £400* or more as stated  throughout our website. Otherwise all orders under £400.00 has a standard delivery fee of £8.99 regardless of how much you order or how many boxes are in a consignment. 

*Free Shipping excludes our Bespoke Range from your order as this already comes with free shipping and is normally dispatched separately. Free shipping excludes pallet deliveries.

Your order will be shipped the same day if ordered before 11am otherwise the next working day. Orders that are placed on a weekend or Public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. 

Our shipping charges include Postage & Packaging. We use Royal Mail for smaller parcels, DPD / Parcel Force for larger Parcels. All parcels sent out are tracked and you will be provided with your tracking number on dispatch. Your products may come in just 1 parcel or multiple parcels. We will not accept or pay for any additional charges made by the courier after your parcel has been dispatched. I.e Failed delivery attempts. If you have opted for your own brand / logo please allow 1-2 more working days for your order to be dispatched. There may be some delays on Next Day Delivery services, at present we cannot guarantee your order will arrive the next day.

Please Note: In the event of failed delivery due to you (the customer) not being in or answering the door and your parcel is delivered without signature, we take no responsibility. We offer a next day delivery service with notifications & tracking service which allows you to change delivery times on the day and options are given to leave your parcel with a neighbors or a safe place.

Account Login

Once you have set up an account with us you will be able to view all your purchase history, order status & parcel tracking. You will also be able to view all our products and prices. Your postal address will be saved onto our system which enables you to place your next order with us without having to input your address / details. Please note we do not collect or store any credit card / payment details, this will not be saved to your account. Upon opening an account with us you will be required to fill in an online form once this has been done you will be invited to create a password, this is done by email so please check your junk / spam mail if not received in your inbox. 

Once you have set up your password you are all set up and ready to use your account when placing an order. 

Please note we do not store your passwords so please keep these safe, should you forget your password please follow the instructions on the account page to reset your password.

You may cancel your account at any time, should you wish to be removed please email us at admin@montysnaturaltreats.co.uk we will then permanently remove all account data. (this cannot be undone)

Please remember to keep your account details safe and do not share. This is your business trade account with us and can only be used by yourself and your trusted employees. 

We Buy it back Scheme: 

Our buy it back scheme means that any products that you buy from us whether from a trade pack or throughout our other products in our online shop, we will buy back any stock that you cannot sell in your shop. This gives you a peace of mind knowing you will never have any stock just sitting on a shelf going out of date and also reduces the amount of wastage which also reduces the amount of loss in your business earnings. The way this works is any stock that you find not selling must be returned to us within 4 months after your purchase date and no sooner than 2 months after your purchase date. All products that you return must be sealed and all packaging must still be intact and unopened. All products must be in the same condition that they were in when you purchased them. All returns must be approved by us first and costs of returning i.e postage costs must be paid in full by you we cannot refund you on any postage costs. Please ensure that you have paid the correct postage costs and we would advise that you send your products back to us using tracked or recorded mail just in any instance your parcel goes missing you will be compensated by the courier. Before we buy your products back you will need to return them so that we can inspect them & make sure all products are still within 6 months of the BBE / expiry date and comply with the above terms and conditions. Once our products have been received back and inspected we will then send you a payment for the goods at the price you paid on your purchase invoice / receipt -25% which is a handling fee. Payments will be sent by Banks Transfer / PayPal, we will never send cash through the post. Before sending your products / purchase back please contact us so that we can give you a quote on price of items before making any returns or agreements with us. Advertising & Marketing: 

When opening a trade account and after making your first purchase with us we will advertise your business for free by placing your company logo / website within all our marketing campaign emails, or any social media advertising that we use. Your logo / business name will also be placed throughout our website with a direct link to your website or business page. Your business will not be placed on any of our leaflets or promotional merchandise, banners or equipment. However please feel free to send us any leaflets, promotional merchandise or anything that may have to advertise your business and we will include this within our orders & trade shows / events that we attend to throughout the year. Should this work out well for you maybe you could return the favor and place our logo onto your website with a direct link to our website, this is optional. Should you wish not be included within any of our advertising or marketing campaigns please contact us and we will remove this option from your account for you.  

Order Cancellations & Refunds:

If you wish to cancel a purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase and we will cancel and/or refund you in full, providing the item has not been dispatched. 

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, and we will refund your money. All we ask is that you pay the outward and return delivery costs, admin & processing fee and the item is fully packaged and unused, a surcharge will be applicable if not returned in this condition. Please note all damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your goods. We post items within 48 working hours of cleared payment and always obtain proof of posting. We will claim from the post office in case of missing items and send you a replacement or refund you. We ask that you wait 14 days from the date of posting before asking for a replacement or refund. If you require a refund please email us before you return the item, and the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We will not refund items where the product or product's packaging has been damaged. We will not refund postage costs. Should your product have you own logo or design printed a charge for printing and packaging may also apply to any refunds given. 

Product Branding:

 If you have opted for our product branding or your own logo options you are giving us permission to use or/and alter your logo for custom branding on our natural treat products. Your logo and brand may appear on our websites, marketing materials, shows or events and our natural treat products. Custom printed product labels can only contain your logo, website or text with any colours of your choice. Product information, such as ingredients, product name, storage, warnings, weight and dates cannot be changed. Branding can be placed on all our treat products, excluding products that come loose, our foods & supplements will contain Monty's Natural Treats Branding which cannot be altered or changed. Any spelling mistakes within your own artwork cannot be changed, so we do ask that you thoroughly check before sending any logo's or artwork. In some cases where your logo may not fit ie: Beef rib bones, text words may only be applied or your logo may be shrunken or stretched to a different size. We have a professional designer that creates all our product labels and she will try her best to match the colour themes within your logo and make your product label stand out as much as she can. If for any reason you are not happy with the design that has already been placed onto our treats, we cannot accept any returns for these, however we may suggest that you create your own artwork and send this into us. We will not send any proofs out unless this is requested, this just saves time in getting your order out as quickly as possible. We do not give you any permission to copy or share our labels that we design for your business, should you wish to copy or share our product label which may include your logo or website name, you will need to write to us for permissions on copyrights. Should you wish at anytime for Monty's Natural Treats / Monty's Wholesale to stop using your logo for custom product branding please contact us sales@montysnaturaltreats.co.uk and your logo will also be removed from our websites / marketing materials & campaigns. All product branding / labels are free of charge, however we do not sell the labels separately, all product labels will be placed on our treats in-house. 

Our terms & conditions should be followed and agreed by you the trade account holder & website visitor. Should you not accept our terms & conditions mentioned above or elsewhere stated throughout our website www.montystreats.co.uk then we kindly ask you not to make any purchases from us and leave immediately. Should you wish to close your trade account then please contact us, you have the right to cancel at any time. Should you not follow any of our terms & conditions then this could result in your trade account being placed on hold, losing any earned privileges & discounts and furthermore your account being deleted. Your right to cancel:

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the contract was made. That means you can cancel before you have the product or we have delivered it to you.

How to cancel:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement, sent to us by e-mail.
