DELIVERY INFORMATION
· It is important to us that your orders reach you in good condition and whilst we take responsibility for the goods arriving we do not have control of deliveries once they have left our premises, therefore it is important to read our delivery information.
· We dispatch parcels Monday – Friday (working days). You can pick your chosen delivery method at the checkout.
· After you have placed an order, you will receive an email to state your order is complete (Please also check your junk mail for this).
You will then receive a further email from the chosen courier company to state that your order has been dispatched as well as SMS messages to let you know when your parcel is on its way. Please ensure you add a mobile number to your account to enable you to get delivery notifications as landlines will not work.
We use Parcelforce Worldwide, Palletways & DHL couriers to deliver to your shipping address, if they attempt delivery and nobody is home they might try a neighbor or take the parcel to the nearest collection point this is because some deliveries require a signature. If they are unable to deliver to you they will leave a card. If you have to collect a parcel from a collection point you will need to take relevant I.D.
Please Note: In the event of failed delivery due to you (the customer) not being in or answering the door and your parcel is delivered without signature, we take no responsibility. We offer a next day delivery service with notifications & tracking service which allows you to change delivery times on the day and options are given to leave your parcel with a neighbor or a safe place.
Dispatch Details
Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday. (No deliveries will be made on weekends unless requested, there is an additional charge for this service)
Please provide us with your correct shipping details and mobile number or email address to receive tracking updates from our couriers.
Any incorrect shipping details may delay the process of your order and should an order be dispatched with an incorrect address you may be liable for the additional shipping charges for the address correction.
Delivery Address Changes
Should you wish to have your goods sent to an alternative or new address (other than your address associated with your account) please email of any changes before or on the same day you place your order so that we can make sure your order is delivered to the correct address.

Estimated Delivery Times
Order before 11am (Mon-Thurs): Receive you parcel Next Working Day
Order after 11am (Mon - Thurs): Receive your parcel the following working day.
Orders Placed at the end of the week (Fri, Sat & Sun): Your parcels will be delivered on Tuesday, excluding any bank holidays that usually fall on a Monday.
We do not currently dispatch orders on weekends, however we do offer deliveries on weekends - please call us prior to ordering for a weekend delivery quote.
Orders placed after 11am will be processed the following working day. These estimates do not include Bank or Public holidays. These estimates do not include label printing time (+48hours) and are dependent on size of order & stock availability.
Parcel Weight
We currently do not charge anymore postage for larger or heavier parcels. We do not charge anymore for multiple parcels in one consignment.
Shortages & Damages
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition, damages can occur whilst in transit. Any external damages must be noted on the delivery note whilst the driver is present and you must inform us straight away by calling 0203 797 6308.
If there is significant damage to your box or pallet goods you may refuse the delivery, but you must contact us first. If possible please provide photographic evidence.
Monty's Wholesale must be informed by both email and phone of any damages or missing items within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Tracking an order
You will receive an email when your parcel has been dispatched. A second email will follow with tracking information from our courier service. SMS messages will be sent to any mobile device provided allowing you to track and get updates from the delivery courier automatically.
