Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If you wish to cancel a purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase and we will cancel and/or refund you in full, providing the item has not been dispatched.
Return/Refund Policy:
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, and we will refund your money. All we ask is that you pay the outward and return delivery costs, and the item is fully packaged and unused. Due to the nature of our business we cannot accept any goods that have been opened or used.
We, as the seller have the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% & additional surcharge may apply for your own branded products only (30p per a bag, this covers the costs of re-packaging & labels). Please note all damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. We post items within 48 working hours of cleared payment and always obtain proof of posting. We will claim from the courier service in case of missing items and send you a replacement or refund you. We ask that you wait 14 days from the date of posting before asking for a replacement or refund. If you require a refund please email us before you return the item, and the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We will not refund items where the product or product's packaging has been damaged. We will not refund postage costs.
Shortages & Damages
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition, damages can occur whilst in transit. Any external damages must be noted on the delivery note whilst the driver is present and you must inform us straight away by calling 0203 797 6308.
If there is significant damage to your box or pallet goods you may refuse the delivery, but you must contact us first. If possible please provide photographic evidence.
Monty's Wholesale must be informed by both email and phone of any damages or missing items within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Alternatively Payments can be made Via Postal order, Bank transfer & by telephone, please contact us before placing an order in regards to our alternative payment methods.
Our Buy it back Scheme:
Our buy it back scheme means that any products that you buy from us whether from a trade pack or throughout our other products in our online shop, we will buy back any stock that you cannot sell in your shop. This gives you a peace of mind knowing you will never have any stock just sitting on a shelf going out of date and also reduces the amount of wastage which also reduces the amount of loss in your business earnings.
The way this works is any stock that you find not selling must be returned to us within 4 months after your purchase date and no sooner than 2 months after your purchase date. All products that you return must be sealed and all packaging must still be intact and unopened. All products must be in the same condition that they were in when you purchased them. All returns must be approved by us first and costs of returning i.e postage costs must be paid in full by you we cannot refund you on any postage costs. Please ensure that you have paid the correct postage costs and we would advise that you send your products back to us using tracked or recorded mail just in any instance your parcel goes missing you will be compensated by the courier.
Before we buy your products back you will need to return them so that we can inspect them & make sure all products are still within 6 months of the BBE / expiry date and comply with the above terms and conditions. Once our products have been received back and inspected we will then send you a payment for the goods at the price you paid on your purchase invoice / receipt -25% which is a handling fee.
Payments will be sent by Banks Transfer / Square we will never send cash through the post. Before sending your products / purchase back please contact us so that we can give you a quote on price of items before making any returns or agreements with us.
