At Monty’s Natural Treats, we understand that managing stock levels can be challenging. That’s why we offer a Buy-Back Scheme to help you minimise waste and reduce financial losses from unsold stock.

If you've purchased products from us—either from a trade pack or through our online store—we will buy back any unsold stock that meets the following conditions:

• Products must be returned no earlier than 2 months and no later than 4 months from the original purchase date.
   
• All returned items must be:
   
  • Sealed and unopened
     
  • In original packaging
     
  • In the same condition as when purchased
     
• Products must have at least 3 months remaining before their BBE (Best Before End) or expiry date.
   

• All returns under the Buy-Back Scheme must be pre-approved by our team.
   
• Before returning items, please call us to receive a quote for eligible items.
   

• You are responsible for all return postage costs.
   
• We strongly recommend using tracked or recorded delivery to ensure safe return and compensation in case of loss or damage in transit.
   
• We do not refund any postage costs associated with Buy-Back returns.
   

• Once your returned items are received and inspected, and provided they meet the above criteria, we will process your refund.
   
• You will be reimbursed at the original purchase price minus a 25% handling fee per product.
   
• Payments will be made via Bank Transfer or Square. We do not send cash or cheques by post.

 🦴 What happens to all returned goods afterwards, are they re-sold?

 Returned goods are not re-sold under any circumstances.
 As part of our Buy It Back scheme, all returned goods are donated to local charities and dog rescue centres. This way, nothing is wasted, and our natural treats can still bring joy to dogs who are less fortunate.
